Do you require a minimum commitment?

We do require a one year commitment upon signing however after the first year our guests may remain with us on a month to month basis providing at least 30 days notice of any anticipated departure.

Are there any costs that I would be responsible for?

We like to be very up front in this department because we understand you are planning your expenses and may be very budget conscious. The only additional costs you would ever incur would be a traditional landline phone subscription. We are fully equipped to handle your landline phone system but the additional cost would be through you phone provider. Most of our guest utilize VoIP or virtual phone technology so this is not an issue.

what type of internet do you offer, will i have enough bandwidth to fit my needs?

Excellent question, our internet is a business class internet through Comcast and we regularly have speeds in the 80+ kbps range.

If you should ever have any special needs including speed or reliability we can discuss our commercial fiber option that is utilized by government buildings and hospitals to provide unparalleled speed and reliability.

Can I utilize my own wifi network?

Yes! All of our offices are provided with a wired (Cat5/6) internet connection, if you wish you can install your own router to this connection to create a secure network for you and your guests to connect to not shared with the rest of the office.

what are the operating hours of the office?

You will have 24/7 access to your office as well as the rest of the “shared” office amenities. The front door unlocks automatically at 7am and locks at 7pm Monday-Friday however before and after these hours you can use your personal pin code to access the building anytime you like.

How do I pay my monthly rent?

You can make your payment a number of ways including electronic bank bill pay, auto ACH draft or personal check. At this time we do not offer credit or debit card payments however we are looking into this option to provide more flexibility for our guests.

When is my monthly rent due?

Monthly rent is due on the first of each month and is considered late if not received by the 5th of each month.

Do you provide HVAC services for evenings and weekends?

Yes! We realize our guests work all different hours and therefore we do not limit our HVAC service to normal operating hours, they remain on standard schedules 24/7 including holidays.

Do you offer multiple office discounts?

Depending on availability we can offer discounts for multiple offices, please contact us to inquire about your specific needs.

What type of business is allowed in your fecility?

We strive to provide a quiet professional work environment so we ask that our guests limit their work to professional services/ administrative type work.

What are some of the current businesses already in the building?

Our current tenants include construction companies, insurance, counseling, financial services, law firms etc.
